Environmental Monitoring and Information Management
The effective collection, integration, analysis and presentation of environmental data are essential components of sound environmental assessment and management. Earth Systems has designed and implemented environmental monitoring programs for a range of projects – from large, complex infrastructure projects to smaller developments. We also have expertise in installing automated monitoring / data-logging systems in remote, difficult to access areas.
Earth Systems also has the capacity to build environmental databases, including geodatabases (i.e. a combination of spatial data and information data allowing environmental monitoring results to be mapped and displayed spatially). We believe that the availability of timely, accurate environmental information is key to effective decision-making.
