Storage
and delivery systems
Key benefits
Designed
to easily integrate with Earth Systems' treatment systems
Easily
transported from site to site.
Portable
treatment system = reduced capital costs.
General Description
The off-the-shelf storage and delivery system are purpose-built
systems that are easily transported and are designed to readily
integrate with our water treatment systems. The storage and delivery
systems provide a simple means to increase the level of automation,
and if desired, decrease the amount of human input and reduces the
potential for human error.
Model 15TM5/5 - Portable system.
General Description
The 15TM5/5 is a weather-resistant reagent storage and delivery
system with a storage capacity of 3 m3. It is designed
to be easily operated at sites that do not have complex materials
handling capabilities or highly skilled labour. Dry reagent is loaded
into the storage hopper through the loading hatch located on the
top of the hopper, either via bulker bags (0.5-1 tonne) or small
(20-25 kg) bags. The reagent is dispensed from the base of the hopper
at an adjustable rate, via a screw auger or belt conveyer, to the
receiving unit (see also Integrated System IS-5).
The 15TM5-5 is designed to readily fit into a shipping container
and requires limited assembly once on site. The system can usually
be relocated within a site to suit changed conditions, without the
need for disassembly.
Primary Applications
Storing hydrated lime, quicklime, alum and dispensing at an adjustable
rate to an appropriate water treatment system
